Should the student withdraw from studies or beneficiary circumstances change, their account can be frozen and no further funds are drawn.<\/li>\n<li>Not all funds are drawn by beneficiaries and there is always a small percentage of \u2018orphan funds\u2019 at the end of a cycle.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>These funds can be\u00a0<strong>repurposed into hardship\u00a0<\/strong>or other areas thereby alleviating other financial costs.
