BDO is partnering with the JS Group on its Diversity into Work project to explore innovative ways to tackle the significant barriers to good graduate employment for university students who come from the least advantaged backgrounds
BDO Managing Partner Paul Eagland comments “BDO is very proud to invest in the future diversity of its workforce. We believe our success as a business is profoundly connected to securing a broad range of talent. My own story is one of social mobility through education so I know first-hand how transformational this work can be”
BDO is a founding partner in work that has the potential to really shift the dial on social mobility through employment prospects.
The project seeks to build a better understanding of how large corporates can reach under-represented students in higher education at scale and in a way that is distinctly different from more traditional graduate recruitment processes.
